Housing
The main Housing activities carried out by Bundoran Town Council are:
- The provision of houses through construction and /or acquisition
- The letting of dwellings to approved applicants.
- The assessment and collection of rents
- The refurbishment and maintenance of its housing stock
- The sale of dwellings to Council Tenants
- Housing Grants such as Disabled Persons Grant, Essential Repair Grant etc. are administered on a Countywide basis by Donegal County Council
