What is the Bundoran Town Council role in the planning process?
The elected Members of Bundoran Town Council adopt the Development Plan setting out their overall strategy for the proper planning and sustainable development of the Town’s administrative area for a six year period.
Individual planning applications are then determined by the Town Manager in consultation with various Council Officials, Prescribed Bodies etc, having regard to the Development Plan and current Planning Legislation
